5. Availability & Downtime

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, there may be occasional interruptions for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for any damages resulting from such interruptions.

You may request an export of your menu and related data at any time. Upon termination of your account, your data will be retained for up to 30 days unless otherwise required by law.

You are responsible for ensuring that your menu and business operations comply with all local laws, including allergen disclosure, pricing rules, and health and safety regulations.

9. Feedback and Suggestions

We welcome your feedback and ideas. By submitting feedback, you grant us the right to use it to improve our Services without compensation.

10. Intellectual Property

Mehnoo, including its logo, software, design, QR stickers, and content, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, replicate, or modify our branding without permission.

12. Customer Support

Starter users receive access to self-help resources. Pro and Premium users receive priority support via email.
